I started an E/R, hoping to be Earth magic/Beast mastery, can anyone help he out? like tell me what skillss I need and other things

It depends on what you're planning on doing. There are plenty of variables to consider, do you want to be an offensive or Defensive Geomancer, what pet skills you want to use...It's hard to give a generalized description.

well, i plan to be good at attack, and i will split 4 earth and 4 beast, and because I need charm animal and comfort animal, i will only have room for 2 pet skills

I have a lvl 20 e/r and I'm still experimenting with it. Up until I got the first (final) 15 attrib points in the desert, I focused exclusively on ele.

Now I use wilderness survival for traps (barbed trap+flame trap+earthquake+aftershock) lol geomancing with traps is fun...

I dont plan on switching secondaries any time soon; I see so many creative ways to play it... So I will definitly be switching to beastmastery just to experiment with it so, when I do I'll let ya know

I'm planning on trying something like this. I don't see many Ele/Rangers, so maybe theres something good here that isnt yet nerfed :O
